Wednesday, February 16, 2028 - Arrivals - Welcome to St. Lucia! Today is all about getting checked in, settling into your room, and recovering from a day of travel. Take a deep breath — you made it. The resort is yours to enjoy at your own pace. We encourage guests to arrive by Wednesday, February 16.
Thursday, February 17, 2028 - Welcome BBQ - Kick off the wedding weekend with our welcome barbecue on the beach. Drinks, good food, and all of our favorite people gathered together in one place. This is our chance to come together before the big day and celebrate the fact that we're all actually here — in St. Lucia — together.
Friday, February 18, 2028 - Explore & Unwind - Your day, your way. Spend the day exploring the resort or venture out and discover everything St. Lucia has to offer — from hiking the iconic Pitons and exploring volcanic mud baths to snorkeling pristine reefs, zip-lining through the rainforest, and wandering the colorful streets of Soufrière. St. Lucia is also home to world-renowned chocolate, grown right on the island — and there are several incredible experiences where you can make your own from bean to bar. Saturday, February 19, 2028 · 4:00 PM- The Wedding - Join us at Eternity Beach at Coconut Bay Resort & Spa as we say our vows. Ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, followed by a private cocktail hour, a three-course dinner, and dancing under the St. Lucia sky.
Dress code: Tropical formal. Think flowing dresses, linen suits, and your finest resort wear. The ceremony is on the beach — wedges, sandals, or bare feet are all welcome.Sunday, February 20, 2028 - Sunset Catamaran Cruise - The celebration continues on the Caribbean Sea. Join us aboard a private catamaran for an afternoon of cocktails, stunning scenery, and the whole crew together one last time before everyone heads home.
Monday, February 21, 2028 - Departures - Safe travels to everyone heading home today. We hope this week gave you memories that last a lifetime — we know it will for us. Thank you for being part of our story.
