Where we’re celebrating
Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa is a sprawling, all-inclusive resort on the southern tip of St. Lucia in Vieux Fort, just minutes from Hewanorra International Airport. With two distinct sides — a lively family-friendly area and a serene adults-only retreat — there's a perfect fit for every guest in our group.
Think white sand beaches, Caribbean blue water, multiple pools, world-class dining, and a spa. This is not your average wedding venue.

We've arranged a special group rate for our wedding guests, and Nicole is handling all room reservations personally. As a travel agent with Tidal & Rare, she'll make sure your booking is seamless from start to finish — no hold music, no confusion, just one text, email, or phone call, and it's handled.
Please note: rooms at the group rate must be reserved by September 1, 2027. After this date, availability and group pricing cannot be guaranteed.

A note about rooms
Coconut Bay is one resort with two distinct wings — a family-friendly side called CocoLand (Splash) and an adults-only side called Harmony. Guests traveling without children will be accommodated in Harmony, which has been beautifully renovated and offers a serene, elevated experience. Guests traveling with children will stay in Splash. Both wings share all the same restaurants, pools, amenities, and entertainment — you're never far from each other.
Our room block requires a minimum 5-night stay to qualify for the group rate. If you're able to commit to 5 nights, we'd love to have you in the block — the rate is significantly discounted and includes everything.
If a 5-night stay doesn't work for your schedule, that is completely okay. We understand that life looks different for everyone right now, and what matters most to us is that you're there for however long you're able. Nicole will still handle your room booking personally regardless of how many nights you stay — just know that the group discount applies only to the 5-night block.
We do ask one favor: please let Nicole know as soon as possible whether you plan to stay for the full 5 nights or a shorter visit. This helps us plan the room block and make sure everything is in order for our group. There is no pressure either way — we just want our favorite people there.
Room Categories
Splash Deluxe Garden View - Ground floor, tucked into the tropical landscaping with glimpses of the sea beyond the palms. Tile floors, a private patio, and two queen beds or a king with trundle — roomy enough for the whole family.
Splash Deluxe Ocean View One floor up from Garden View, with the same comfortable layout and a better look at the water.
Splash Premium Ocean View Third floor — this is where the Splash-side views really open up.
Splash Concierge Ocean View Top floor of Splash, and worth the upgrade if you're traveling with family: nightly turndown, a stocked mini bar, priority dinner reservations and show seating, even a free round of paintball.
Harmony Jr. Suite — Tropical View (Adults-only, 18+) First floor of the quiet side, overlooking lush gardens and the adults-only pool, with the Atlantic just visible past the palms. Newly renovated — crown molding, wood-style floors, and a spa-style bath with a walk-in shower.
Harmony Jr. Suite — Partial Ocean View (Adults-only, 18+) Second floor, with a private balcony and the kind of ocean breeze that makes you want to linger over coffee a little longer than planned.
Harmony Jr. Suite — Ocean View (Adults-only, 18+) Third floor, unobstructed Atlantic views from your own balcony, with the Maria Islands rising up in the distance. Mornings here are the kind you remember.
Harmony Concierge Jr. Suite — Club Level (Adults-only, 18+, max 2 guests) Penthouse level, the best views on the property, vaulted ceilings, a four-poster king bed. Turndown service, a stocked mini bar, robes and slippers, and a standing invitation to the weekly couples-only Harmony dinner.
Serenity Plunge Pool Butler Suite (Couples only — its own private villa area) If you're going to treat yourselves once, this is the place. A private villa with its own entrance, a private plunge pool with a waterfall, a wet bar, and a hammock built for two — plus a four-poster mahogany bed, an oversized soaking tub, a walk-in rain shower, and Molton Brown toiletries inside. You'll still have full access to everything else at Coconut Bay; you'll just come home to something extraordinary.
A note on beds: in Splash, rooms come with two queens or a king with trundle, by request (not guaranteed). In Harmony, it's a king with a pull-out sofa or two queens, also by request. Harmony adults-only rooms hold up to 2 guests in a king room or 4 in a queen room.

Check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM.
Flying In
The closest airport to Coconut Bay is Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) in Vieux Fort — just a short drive from the resort. We recommend flying into UVF rather than George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU) in Castries, which is significantly farther away.
Many major carriers serve UVF with connections through Miami, New York, Charlotte, and Atlanta. February is peak Caribbean season — we recommend booking flights as early as possible as seats fill quickly
